About
I love yoga. I've been enjoying it for about twenty years, as a way to create some space in my body and mind. Life is busy and I find that yoga guides my focus gently back to what really matters, giving me time to connect back to my body, to feeling rather than thinking.
This love of yoga led me to becoming a qualified yoga teacher, so that could share my passion, empower others to listen to their bodies and help people to discover tools that support their
physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing through breath and movement practises.
Let's create space for stillness together, I look forward to sharing a practise with you soon!
